We always wanted to visit Australia and when opportunity came to accompany Guruji on his three weeks visit to Australia, I join him with my husband Dilipbhai. I have known Guruji for a long time and had followed him during his many trips in India but this Australian visit was very special one.
During the last week of this trip, I was very busy and visited many relatives in Melbourne and spent a long time in shopping malls. Consequently, I began to suffer sever cramping in my legs. It was a Sunday night when I was about to go to bed just after 1 am. Suddenly my legs began to ache terribly. I tried to stretch my legs to relieve the pain but it only became worse. I started screaming and crying and became a little unconscious. I could feel that people around me massaging my legs to make me feel better but it didn’t help and my pain was worsened and became unbearable.
Finally, I decided to call Guruji who was sitting little away. I shouted “Bapji, avo, bahu dukhe chhe” (Bapji please come, I am having lots of pain). Guruji stood up and came to my bed. He tapped on my foot thrice with chanting of Om. A few seconds later, I started to feel better. Weather It was just my faith in Guruji or if he did something special that made me better, only he knows. After few minutes, I became fully aware of my surroundings. Later, Shreerang and Tejas took me for a short walk and I finally recovered.
I will take this opportunity to narrate another minor incident happened during this visit. On 4th March, I was attending one of the satsang at suburban home, where Guruji was discoursing on Datta Bavani. In the afternoon around 4:00 pm, I received a phone call from my son who was in India. He informed me that they have lost one of the recordkeeping book. Knowing the importance of the book, I became worried. Few minutes later, a break was taken for tea and coffee. I quickly left my sit and went inside the home to talk with my husband. Meanwhile, Guruji also came inside and looking at my worried face he asked me “Indu, su thayu?” (Indu, you look disturbed, what’s the matter). Guruji’s antenna is very powerful and he must have received my worried vibrations. I explained to him about the lost book. He asked to start chanting the mantra and said it will be found soon. As the satsang resumed and I took my sit and started chanting the mantra. About half an hour later, I received a call from my son that they had found the book and I was completely relieved.
I am not surprised by all these at all. I have full faith in my Guruji and had many pleasant experiences like this with him. He is not what he looks from outside. I pray that his blessings will always remain on us.
